You’ve saved your money for retirement, now how are you going to live your life?

Hi! My name is Ann Shows and I am the founder of Shows the Way Coaching & Facilitation.

Most people focus on saving money for retirement and do not give much thought to preparing for this major change in their life, which often leads to disappointment and even regret. Life spans in the U.S. have increased from age 61 in the 1930s to the late 80s today. You could live 20-30 years in retirement, and while having money to live on is important, it is also vital that you are taking into consideration your values, how you fill your time, keeping a healthy social network, and taking care of your physical and mental health. Planning for retirement takes some work if you want to settle in quickly and not flounder for years.
